Level up your
fitness adventure

Raid is the training app for people who have quit the gym before. An adaptive quest engine reads how you actually train, a lore-driven AI mentor keeps you in the story, and your stat sheet only moves when real strength does.

  • Strength-first, not step-count
  • Difficulty reacts to your week
  • Mentor written, not templated
  • 12-week seasons, clear endings

Why comebacks die

You did not lack discipline.
You lacked a feedback loop.

The pattern is always the same: two strong weeks, one bad week, a broken streak, and an app that keeps yelling at you about it. Raid is designed around the bad week, because that is the week that decides everything.

Fixed plans punish real life

A rigid programme assumes a life you do not have. The first missed session turns the whole plan into evidence that you failed it.

Streak counters are brittle

One zero and the number resets, along with the only thing that was keeping you going. Nothing is designed to catch you.

Nothing is watching your arc

Generic push notifications do not know you stalled twice, or that you are nervous about the squat rack. So they cannot say anything useful.

The quest engine

Six systems doing one job: get you back through the door tomorrow

Every mechanic below exists because a specific point in the comeback arc is where people quit. Nothing here is decoration.

Core loop

Adaptive quest engine

Every logged set feeds the engine. Stall twice and today's quest shrinks. Clear three clean weeks and it escalates. Difficulty is negotiated with your actual behaviour, not a fixed 12-week PDF.

AI powered

Lore-based mentor chat

A mentor with a real voice and a real memory of your arc. Tell them you have 20 minutes and a broken streak; they answer in-world, then rewrite the quest to match.

Retention

Streaks that bend, not break

Skip tokens, rest days and difficulty relief replace the all-or-nothing counter that has killed every comeback you have attempted. Missing a day costs you a little. It never costs you everything.

Structure

Seasons and boss weeks

Twelve-week seasons with escalating arcs, a boss week to close each one, and rarity drops for the sessions you nearly skipped. Progress has a shape, an ending and a next chapter.

Honest numbers

Stats mapped to real strength

STR, END and DIS are computed from load, volume and consistency — never from vibes. When the number moves, something real moved. Export the underlying log whenever you want it.

Co-op

Guild raids

Join a four-person guild with a shared weekly objective. Nobody sees your weight. Everyone sees whether you showed up — which turns out to be the only accountability that works.

How it works

Three minutes to start. One quest a day to continue.

No fitness test, no 40-question intake, no plan you have to read before you can move.

  1. 01

Pick a class and a path

Three minutes of onboarding: equipment you actually have, days you can realistically train, and how hard you want to be pushed. No fitness test, no shame audit.

  2. 02

    Clear the daily quest

One quest per day, sized to your week. Log sets as you go and watch the XP bar move in real time. Your mentor reacts before and after every session.

  3. 03

    Close out the season

Boss week tests what the arc built. Clear it and your stat sheet, rank and lore chapter all advance together — then Season 2 opens harder.

Build order

The RPG layer first. The camera later — on purpose.

Computer-vision form checking is the flashiest thing we can build and the easiest thing to get wrong. So we are proving the quest loop keeps people training first, then adding the camera on top of an experience that already works.

Phase 1 — live in beta

The RPG layer

  • Adaptive quest engine
  • Streak, skip-token and season system
  • AI mentor conversations
  • Stat sheet and progress log
  • Guild raids
Phase 2 — after retention is proven

Computer-vision form check

  • On-device camera rep detection
  • Depth, tempo and lockout feedback
  • Form-quality XP modifiers
  • Included in Ascendant at no extra cost

How we compare

Gamified fitness already exists. Anime-native strength questing does not.

Running stories, step games and adaptive lifting apps each solve one slice. Raid is built for the overlap nobody covers: heavy training, an anime world, and a coach who talks back.

Comparison reflects each product's primary positioning as publicly described, not an exhaustive feature audit — these apps ship changes often. “Partial” in the Raid column marks camera-based form feedback, which is planned for Phase 2 rather than launch.

Beta feedback

Written by people who had already given up on fitness apps

I have started and quit four times. The difference is that when I missed Tuesday, the app got smaller instead of louder. I came back Wednesday.
Kenji R.24 · bodyweight path · Season 1 beta
Ryosen told me to stop negotiating and do three sets. Something about being spoken to like a character in the story made me actually put the headphones on.
Marisol V.27 · hybrid path · Season 1 beta
The stat sheet is the part I did not expect. Watching STR climb because I logged real weight feels better than any badge I have earned in a fitness app.

FAQ

The questions people ask before they trust another fitness app

Still unsure? Join the waitlist and decide later

No. Pick the bodyweight path and every quest is built around your own weight plus whatever you own — a chair, a backpack, a single dumbbell. If you later join a gym, the engine re-scales your quest line instead of restarting it.
